 We often eat loads fresh food that should be loaded with nutrients necessary for good health, such as magnesium, calcium, and vitamins A and C. But is that the case and really how much of today’s fresh food we do need to eat in order to obtain enough nutrients from their diets.

That's because nutrients are most potent when they come from food and some nutrients in food are beneficial when consume with other nutrients, so eating a good diet with a moderate program of multivitamins is essential.
